• If + present tense + future with will or won’t or
• If + present tense + can / can’t / could / couldn’t .Also I read an article about Getting better service and make a description of the main points.
• I learned new vocabulary about Feedback on service, Dealing with complaints, Dealing with problems.

Vacations

WEEK 4:

In this week we did an exam, , i got a good grade but thought that over come, also we did de speaking evaluation with my parthers, we told a conversation that we had memorize because we didn't come on thursday.

WEEK 5:

In this week we saw the unit 13 (productivity). The grammar was adverbs and adjectives. We learnt more vocabulary about desing to delivery, just-in-time production, word building, efficient stock control.
